Who we are

The eshipma.com website and the eShipma app are run by eShipma, Pontianak, Indonesia. Questions about personal data can go to skahd.business@gmail.com.

Data from the demo form

When you fill in the form we store your name, company name, position, WhatsApp number, number and types of vessels, your message, the page language, and how you reached the site (for example a campaign link).

We don't store your IP address. We store only a random code derived from it, to limit repeated submissions from the same network.

We use this data to contact you about a demo and an eShipma offer. We don't sell it and don't use it for anything else.

When you visit the site

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, records technical data such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the site. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs.

We count visits per page with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn't recognise you from one visit to the next.

Data in the eShipma app

For customer companies, the app stores the data they enter: team member names, usernames, admin email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, positions, vessel data, maintenance, running hours, certificates and photos, and crew data (seafarer documents, date of birth, phone number, address, emergency contact).

The customer company decides what data goes in and who may see it. We process it on their behalf under the contract. Every change is recorded with the name of the member who made it.

Where data is stored and who processes it

Data is stored and processed by these providers, each only for its own task:

• Supabase: database and files, Singapore data centre.
• Cloudflare: hosting for the site and the app, Turnstile, and site visit statistics.
• Resend: sends the demo request notification email to our team.
• Notification services from Google, Apple or Mozilla (depending on the browser), if phone notifications are turned on.
• Meta (WhatsApp), only if WhatsApp reminders are turned on for your company.

How long data is kept

Demo form data is deleted automatically 2 years after it was sent, or sooner if you ask.

App data is kept while your company subscribes. If you stop, the data is handed over to your company and then deleted as the contract says. Daily database backups are kept for 7 days.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) you may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Send your request to skahd.business@gmail.com.

For data in the app, also contact your company's admin, who can change that data directly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date above is updated.
